How Do We Feel RELAXED And CALM?

Relaxation is an emotional state of living being ,of very less tension .A human needs relaxation when he/she feels depressed just because of anger ,anxiety ,fear or stress .To feel relaxed and calm during such difficult situations is hard . The biggest problem that human beings are facing now a days is hypertension .To get rid of hypertension is our main target .Only those things and activities can feel you relax which you love the most .So as we know that everyone loves the soothing music. It decreases the stress level .Reading the poetry and novels also helps to get rid of tension .Write your feelings on a paper will helps you to feel relax and calm .Watching your favourite movies and seasons will also helps for relaxing your mind .During such situations soak in warm bath .Take slow and deep breaths .You can also feel relaxed if you go for outing and by doing such things that makes you happy .It helps you to feel tension less and full of life .Life is very short for exploring the world .So enjoy your life and be happy.
